Established by Steve Dudman in 1989, starting in humble beginnings with a handful of Trucks and Plant carrying out bulk Excavations and Plant Hire, the business has progressed over the last 20 years.

Now owning and operating 9 Sand, Gravel and Hard Stone Quarries, 4 Wharves and 88 Trucks across England, he has also slowly progressed into Merchant Shipping piecing together a fleet of 5 ships employing over 200 staff. 

Manufacturing Sand, Gravel, Limestone, Hard Rock, and Readymixed Concrete, the business also carries out intensive services to the Construction Industry with the manufacture of Readymixed Concrete and is heavily committed to recycling all forms of Waste.

The Dudman Group of Companies are the largest Independent importer of Ordinary Portland Cement in the UK and are about to refurbish a former cement works near their Head Office at Shoreham, West Sussex and put it back into manufacturing creating another 120 jobs.
