Modus Operandi
Typically we work as ‘business partners’, with our clients; operating through formal Purchasing/Commercial ‘Enabling Agreements’ with fixed annual rates and pre approved personnel. This ensures we provide continuity, flexibility & rapid response.
Through these agreements we provide our services either as ‘staff on demand’ to the clients Bid/Project/ Department Managers or a fixed price contract.
